The science of a flawless seam
TBS EdgePro™ is constructed from continuous filament high-tenacity polyester or nylon, which provides superior strength compared to standard staple yarns. We then apply a proprietary bonding agent that coats and fuses the filaments together.
This process prevents ply-unwinding and fraying during high-speed sewing, reduces friction through the needle eye, and creates a smooth, cohesive thread that produces clean, tight, and incredibly durable stitches.
