Quality Assurance Officer

• Assist in conducting research trials and material testing to support ongoing product development projects.

• Collaborate with material scientists and engineers to evaluate new fibers, polymers, and process improvements.

• Record and analyze test data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all experimental documentation.

• Support lab-scale production and prototype evaluations for performance validation.

• Maintain equipment, inventory, and laboratory safety standards in line with company protocols.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting innovative methods or optimizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in an R&D or laboratory environment (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).

• Sound understanding of textile materials, fiber properties, and testing methodologies.

• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in data documentation, MS Office tools, and basic laboratory instrumentation.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
